Summary:

What's that front end that the VR-057 SC and the Silverback share?

Silverback and VR-057SC have the same front end (bad sliverback to cvr3 perspectives ftl), so is that the OSS-88 for the silverback?

And if so any chances of seeing a modified version on an 057? (Maybe ingame experimentation?)

(personally I go off the prelude to TSC comic image regarding the size of the silverback as the RT:TSC comparison is just a cheap overlay of two totally different images not intended to be payed out together)

would like to know if you'll even allow experimentation towards this? Etc.

Based on size no the front end LOOKS the same but isn't the same. And actually, the RT:TSC is more accurate then the TSC comic in this regard. This is something we can attest to Yune, he created the VR-057 and the Silverback, so, he added in design elements for both that look identical.

Sadly the size differences are striking. Which is why I have the Silverback tab in Mecha to point out that certain Cyclone weapons are unusable by a Silverback, and added in one specifically for it.

then perhaps a new OSS-66? Something between the 038R and the OSS-88?

Would be a cool non combat project ingame imo - just food for thought…
