Never got an answer on this. Just posting the actual stuff now.

Requirements: Must be part of a Skill program or if using an O.C.C. system, an O.C.C. related skill. Secondary skills can not be used to acquire Parkour/Free Running.
Character Bonuses: +1 to P.S., +1 to P.P., +2 to P.E., +1D6 to Spd and +2D6 to S.D.C. Can jump strait up 2ft +4in per level and can jump forward 4ft +6in per level.
Basic Moves and Special Techniques: Roll with Punch/Fall/Impact, Back Flip – Escape, Somersault – Escape, Vault*, Maintain Balance, Grab, and Automatic Dodge.
Level Advancement Bonuses
1st: +1 to Vault and +2 to Back Flip
2nd: +2 to Vault, +1 to Back Flip and +1 to Roll with Punch/Fall/Impact
3rd: Add Leap – Escape
4th: +2 to Vault, add +1 to Roll with Punch/Fall/Impact and +1 to Somersault
5th: Add +1 to Spd and +2 to Maintain Balance
6th: Add +1 to Grab and +1 to Vault
7th: Add Wall Flip. This special move uses the Back Flip bonus but must be done off a wall and must require having the initiative or as a dodge. The character can Wall Flip into a standing position and can dodge melee attacks as long as the Wall Flip is successful. A failed Wall Flip dodge can not be negated for damage by a Roll with Punch/Fall/Impact and the fall does 1D6 damage plus the character takes full damage from the opponents attack.
8th: +2 to Vault and +1 to Grab
9th: +1 to Automatic Dodge
10th: +1 Maintain Balance and +1 to Roll with Punch/Fall/Impact
11th: +1 to Back Flip and +1 to Somersault
12th: +1 to Vault and +2 to Maintain Balance
13th: +1 to Vault and +2 to Roll with Punch/Fall/Impact
14th: +2 to Maintain Balance
15th: +1 to Grab and +1 to Somersault
Vault is a skill where the character runs, gains enough acceleration over a certain obstacle and uses either a hand or foot to “vault” over the obstacle. Timing is critical in the use of a vault but it can propel the character either up to gain a hand or foothold, or over an obstacle that a character without this skill cannot climb. Like several skills the GM requires a 1D20 roll to determine a successful vault;18 for a difficult vault, 14 for a tough vault, 12 for a standard vault, 8 for a mediocre vault and 4 for an easy vault. A failed vault means not climbing it, and being trapped or requiring successive attempts. Vaults can be attempted once per melee action unless there is a failure; then it costs three melee actions before the next Vault can be attempted (hope you have the climbing skill if you need to climb fast).

the first perception rules were in Nightbane and Beyond the SUpernatural. In those rules there was bonus to perception give at certain levels. I believe it was levels 3, 6, 9, 12 & 15 or something like that. I believe it would be a good addition to the rules. It gives a bonus to things that should be recognized more easily as our character experience them.

Instead you should be pointing out the good. "Hey, nice shot." , "That was a really good idea." , "Thanks for killing that enemy sneaking up behind me, I never saw him." etc. In game-terms you have been in the same unit for well over half, coming up on one year. I'd think you would be looking out for and covering for one another by now. The old adage holds true. "Friends help friends move. real friends help friends move bodies."

You know having actually gone through something like this IRL (and I deserved it, but that's not a story I'm willing to share), the prospect of playing this out in RP is not something I'd be willing to do. Of course, Marcus pointed out the character shouldn't even be alive as there is virtually no way to eject from a crash like that safely (again, not advocating character death, just counting how lucky Komi is). So if you want to do this, you either do it without me, or do it off-screen with the after effects somehow being played out (humorously, or some other way that is actually FUN). Yes, I'm being a wet blanket here.

Well, Destruction of her mecha in that manner I wouldn't feel would be to egregious since her intent was to draw fire to allow for friendly forces to pick the enemy out. So, I would have to say the destruction was not willful. Of course, it was a bone headed move, and it could be argued that doing so without being ordered to would have potentially put her at undue risk. I would suggest Non Judicial Punishment.

Non-judicial punishment or "NJP" permits commanders to administratively discipline troops without a court-martial. Punishment can range from reprimand to reduction in rank, correctional custody (aboard ships only), loss of pay, extra duty, and/or restrictions. The receipt of non-judicial punishment does not constitute a criminal conviction, but is often placed in the service record of the individual.

Prior to imposition of NJP, the commander will notify the accused of the commander's intention to impose punishment, the nature of the misconduct alleged, supporting evidence and a statement of the accused's rights under the UCMJ. All service members, except those embarked or attached to a vessel currently away from its homeport, have a right to refuse NJP and request a court-martial. If the accused does not accept the NJP, the NJP hearing is terminated and the commander must make the decision of whether to process the service member for court-martial. If the accused accepts NJP, he or she, plus a representative if desired, will attend the hearing conducted by the commander. The accused may present evidence and witnesses to the commander. The commander must consider any information offered during the hearing, and must be personally convinced that the service member committed misconduct before imposing punishment.

Jeron, being a O-2 is limited to these options:

By Commanding Officers of the grades O-1 to O-3

Restriction / limited duty: not more than 15 days

Admonition or reprimand

Anything 'worse' would have to be recommended from a higher command authority. (Higher even then Capt Utenaru (O-3)

By Commanding Officers of the grades O-4 to O-6

Restriction to limits: not more than 30 days

Admonition or reprimand

This is something I have given much thought to. However I don't want things to get to bogged down, so I'm thinking descriptions for them would have to be very simple, along the lines of those found in the key NPC sections, possibly even more abbreviated.

Let me ponder this some more, since in the near future something that would utilize this is in the works, and I'm still hashing out the logistics in my head. But to give something of a reply I can see a format like this working…

Name:

Rank:

OCC / MOS:

Level:

The reason why much of the other fluff isn't needed is because I'm using the Modern Army Stats found in the Rifter. This gives a blanket bonus to strike for unit vs unit combat, and those values make a fine benchmark for smaller groupings.

I'd also likely just have those NPC's be those found in your characters immediate unit. The rest of the herd would be covered by the blanket unit stats and level average. (in this case 4th for Echo Company)

Yes. The D-40 is able to be detonated by remote or by timer, or by a dead-mans switch (setting the timer to zero). The remote detonator is subject to all rules regards jamming, interference, and distance. (Range of remote detonator is roughly 200ft) An optional land line detonator can be used as well, 50ft of cable is standard.
