The Havoc Class of Destroyers is a collaborative project between the Aquilae Colony and the Tirolian Republic. This class of ship is specifically built to support Marine ‘amphibious’ operations, planetary assaults, ship and station boarding operations as well as any other task a Marine would be called upon to perform.

To accomplish this, the Havoc Class ships are capable of atmospheric flight, sporting heavy armor for a ship only 332 meters (1,096 ft) long. These ships are not designed to go toe to toe with larger ships of the line so have the speed and maneuverability to outrun anything more powerful then it.

Its weapons load out provides good long and middle range power, in a mix that does not hinder it should the ship need to participate in the line. They are however designed to operate in small flotillas or in singletons, and excel in those roles. When they are attached to a larger formation, they will target a specific ship or installation for capture while the rest of the squadron or division provides cover from enemy capital ships.
