BEGIN LOG
(12766) Chris: Right now Komi, all you can see after the lights have been dimmed, are a lot of folks in hoods.
(12790) 1lt.fairman stands there looking at the others and the suppose questioner. "What is this place?"
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless draws her face to a wry expression and wonders what movie she walked into with those kinds of "monks".
(12766) Chris: Is that said ina whisper, converstaionally, or loudly? Right now the only folks in ear shot to low tones are the others.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: ((Komi's was a purely mental thing.))
(12790) 1lt.fairman: (out loud)
(12766) GM: At anyrate, it matters not, the man does not answer. Instead a few doorways on the ground level (the level you are all on) open , and a few folks enter. All but one walk past you back the way you came. They appear to be armed. Only one or two wear 'religions-sesqe' garb, the others are ina motly collection of low to mid strength armor.
(12790) 1lt.fairman quirks a brow as they pass by then to the one that doesn't; eyeing him (or her)
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless eyes the ones walking away and cocks an eyebrow.
(12766) GM: The single staybehind is a young boy, can't be more then 14.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Expecting trouble?
(12766) Flea: They're checking to see if you were followed.
(12766) Flea: I'm Jallan, but, everyone calls me flea.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: That's not the most endearing name I've heard…
(12766) Flea: Oh? Why not?
(12766) Flea: Follow me please.
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods to Flea
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Fleas are typically small parasites…
(12766) Flea: Oh…but they are fast too.
(12766) Flea smiles.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Fair enough.
(12790) 1lt.fairman follows
(12766) Flea leads you into one of the doorways and past an open area that likely was part of a lobby. He takes you 'inside' and up a few flights of stairs that are lit by a combination of karosene, and hooded lantern.
(12790) 1lt.fairman tries to remember this way incase of emergency
(12766) GM: The floor you dump out into has had all it's 'drywall' removed making it a large open area with only loadbearing supports within. This area is lit by lantern as well as electrical lights (workmans lights mostly) hung to supports or the walls. The area is warm and what you might consider homey. This seems to be a living area.
(12766) GM: A few younger kids gather to see the newcomers, but keep a safe distance.
(12790) 1lt.fairman looks at them trying to gauge their conditions (abused? under fed?)
(12766) Flea: You can rest here, the 'father' will meet with you in time.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Calling it now, this is an orphanage handled by persecuted Tirolian Monks…
(12766) GM: The area you are ushered to is away from the 'general population' and a few guards watch over you from a distance. The folks here seem content, and decenlty fed, if not well, then on a shoestring diet.
(12790) 1lt.fairman takes a seat and looks at the others nearby; trying to not appear to menacing.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: ((Carrie is still waiting on food.))
(12790) 1lt.fairman asks Komi "that a guess or something you know for sure?"
(12766) Flea hops off…
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: That's a guess. But this seems to have a lot of markings of such a place. And even if I am right, I doubt it's the whole picture.
(12766) Carter: [1d100] => [87] = (87)
(12766) Carter: Some of the iconography looks familier…just can't place it.
(12766) Carter: And I'm referring to their religious icons, not the ruins.
(12766) Gav'leth: [1d100] => [2] = (2)
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: "Hrmm, maybe it's the same caretakers of that one tome we found a while back." [1d30] => [11] = (11) vs 15 IQ ((to try and remember the iconography.))
(12766) Gav'leth: Heh heh heh! You would if you were born in the sector Doc.
(12766) Gav'leth looks at Komi.
(12766) Gav'leth: Ancients, well, close, maybe even related if you take into account what you humans (points to the humans) called 'ancient astronaut' theories.
(12766) Carter snerks
(12766) Carter: Who knew just how real some of those theories were…
(12790) 1lt.fairman quirks a brow listening
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: What? Marduk was some ancient alien that helped setup the Babylonians.
(12766) Carter: So, mister native, whose icons are these?
(12766) Carter: Maybe.
(12766) Carter: Consider that Roman and Tiresian architecture is almsot interchangable, same with Greek and Praxian, you look at a full blown Zentraedi and the stories about Gulliver dont seem so far fetched.
(12766) Gav'leth: Well, If I'm right, then these folks are followers of P'Tok
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: Panspermia would explain the "closeness" of a few species…
(12766) Carter nods at Kain's remark.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Sounds Klingon.
(12766) Carter: Possibly. although the vector, if you will, being transported via an asteroid seems so random, with the span of the Fantoma Empire's might have been a ship instead.
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual): Sounds lewd.
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual) snerks at Komi.
(12766) Carter: You mean P'Tok or panspermia?
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual): Ah, soo desu neh, the later.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Both.
(12790) 1lt.fairman tries to recall anything from the books he read (tirolian history [1d100] => [91] = (91) vs 46)
(12790) 1lt.fairman is drawing a blank
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Couldn't these Settlers or whatever had mroe than one clan?
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: And therefore settled on more than one world?
(12790) 1lt.fairman tries to take mental notes
(12766) GM: Meanwhile as the archeologists, the urbane command (HA! Punny!) and the cosplayer contine to debate exogenesis, a robed figure appraoches. He is holding a staff and holds his arms out in greeting.
(12766) GM: ((urbane commando…)) I REALLY hate ruining my own jokes with typo's….
(12790) 1lt.fairman stands and gives a slight bow
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless stands and holds her arms out in a similar manner.
(12766) Talicus: Ahhh, welcome guests. I trust you are comfortable?
(12766) Talicus sits on a nearby chair and sets his staff against the wall.
(12766) Talicus: I, am Talicus.
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "thank you; i believe most are but all are curious"
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Better than a cell. I am Komillia.
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "jaron"
(12766) Talicus: A cell, ah! Haha, yes, I suppose so yes.
(12766) Talicus: Although, in times of open conflict, it would not have been untowered for the Doge's men to have arrested you.
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods slightly
(12766) Talicus: Your tale intrigues me
Server Administrator-> Kicking '(12767) Carrie' from server… Removing dead client
(12767) Carrie (exit): 18:03
(12766) Talicus: You speak of a book. An old book.
(12766) Talicus: You also say you think you know where it resides?
(12766) Talicus: Tell me more of that part.
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "yes"
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: We think Robotech Master Motherships hold them.
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods
(12766) Talicus: Hmmm,
(12766) Talicus: So, you wish to steal aboard the Doge's vessle and take this book?
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "we are in search of locating the books before the one who betrayed us with haydonites'"
(12766) Talicus: Mmm hmm.
(12766) Talicus: The Haydonites, one of the harbingers.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Harbingers of what? Reapers?
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: ((nevermind the only other one that I know plays Mass Effect isn't here…))
(12766) Talicus: They like the Invid, harbingers of P'Tok, sent to punish the wicked.
(12766) Talicus smiles.
(12766) Talicus: Now then, I apologize, giving you a sermon without so much as a bite to eat.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless keeps her composure, but is internally panicking now…
Sorry I don't know what /clears is!
(12766) Carter clears his throat.
(12766) Carter: Question.
(12766) Talicus: Questions are a good thing, for they lead to the truth.
(12766) Carter: Mmm hmm, yeah. Okay, so, just so that we are all on the smae page here, what would be, to the uninitiated, be the relationship between P'Tok and his, or her, harbingers?
(12766) Talicus: Ahh, a good question.
(12766) Talicus: I can see that you are a man of learning.
(12766) Talicus: The galaxy is full of the wicked and the decadant. You need look no furhter then the upper levels of this very city to see this for yourselves.
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "indeed"
(12766) Talicus: So it was with the Robotech Masters Empire, soft, decadant, festering from within, mired in corruption. So decadant in fact that it warred with itself for centuries.
(12766) Talicus: This was seen as the first Harbinger, the Ci'Va, or more colloquially know as the Deciples of Zor. They were almost successful, but failed ultimatly to defeat the Masters.
(12766) Talicus: So, P'Tok sent forth the second Harbinger. The Invid, to finish the task.
(12766) Talicus: The Invid, succeeded, one might argue a bit to well, but, in hard times like these, sometimes damamge must be done to the innocent in order to root out the greater evil.
(12766) Talicus: The third Harbinger, the Haydonties, have been sent by P'Tok to finish off where the Invid and the Ci'Va failed.
(12766) Talicus: Of course, we, his loyal followers do what we can to hinder the wicked.
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "The haydonite made an alliance with the humans but turned on them. Why?"
(12766) Talicus: I would surmise it was a means to an end. Since humans are the enemies of the Masters as well.
(12766) Talicus: As to their chang of alligance, who is to say, the harbingers will do as the harbingers will do.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Are his harbingers his direct servants, or are they merely pawns he manipulates into doing P'toks work of punishing the wiked? And what if the Harbingers become wiked themselves?
(12766) Talicus: Pawns of course. P'Tok understands that sometimes a powerful entity is needed to defeat another powerful entity.
(12766) Talicus: And with power comes wickedness.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: So fighting the harbingers does not automatically make one wiked.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Or them "good" and pure.
(12766) Talicus: I can hear the fear in your voice. Be not distressed. I know you are Zentraedi, and you were a harbinger for the Masters, you were but a pawn yourself. And your human friends, they need not worry, they are a young race, but dispite their failings, which are legion, they still have the potential to become a champion of light. You see, the humans, they are the closest we can see to the way things once were, before the Masters empire crossed the threshold to utter decadance.
(12839) Carrie (enter): 18:35
(12839) Carrie: (( *glomps everyone* ))
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods "I believe that with the tombs in the haydonite's hands they will break the reign of P'tok influence."
(12766) GM: Ummm, I think I'll let you revisit that statment…
(12766) GM: Afk for a quick bio,
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( tomes, you mean? Tombs. lol ))
(12790) 1lt.fairman: (hehe yea)
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( :D ))
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: ((I'm a bit confused as to how you came to your statement. P'tok seems to be a god, not an alien group, and the connection between him and the tomes is non-existant.))
(12766) GM: ((there is also someting else one should consider…
(12766) GM: ((I would look really close at waht Mr. Talicus has said…
(12766) GM: earlier
(12766) GM: cause, damn
(12766) GM: If you can't find it, I'll type it out using a real world analogy of what you essentially said Jaron
(12766) GM: actually, nm
(12766) GM fails at reading comprehension
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( lol ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( :) ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( poor Chris. ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( failing at reading comprehension. For shame ;) (j/k) ))
(12790) 1lt.fairman: (*is now confused*)
(12766) GM: ((I misread what you wrote, so I is the silly)
(12766) GM: moving on
(12766) Talicus nods
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( hehehe ))
(12766) Talicus: I see.
(12790) 1lt.fairman thinks his human mind grasps it or does an epic fail
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: So, are you the Ci'va? I only ask because you talked like they still exist. And what do you do to hinder the wiked?
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: [1d30] => [14] = (14) vs 14 to pick up on what the GM thinks is obvious, but probably isn't to me…
(12766) Talicus: The Ci'Va? No, the Masters were relentless in their persuit of them. If any exsist they are far from here in exile.
(12766) GM: As you speak a guard appraoches and leans in to speak to Talicus, who nods after hearing the message.
(12766) Talicus: They still search for you above, but have not sent thier men into the ruins. Yet.
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "We wish not to put your community in danger. Do you know of anywhere we can hide or possibly has some armor or weapons we could have?"
(12766) Talicus: Rest, and take sustiance. We shall talk later about how we might, help, one another.
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: Thank you.
(12766) GM: Free RP
(12790) 1lt.fairman sits back down "Well that was informative and a lot to take in. I still dont know if I got it all"
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: From what I understood: There are three waves of "Harbingers": Disciples of Zor, Invid, and Haydonites. In that order, and each was sent to finish the job the others could not. They see humans as what the Masters were before their fall to decadence, and therefore hope for the future.
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: This P'tok is a god that manipulates the pawns powerful enough to topple the Robotech Masters into doing so.
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: Meaning there is still a powerful Robotech Master presence if the Haydonites are seen as the latest wave in Harbingers.
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods "I don't really believe P'tik is a god per se. Just someone or something that very ancient and powerful. But thats just me"
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea hmms from her spot. "Which brings the question of who and what, and how they're being manipulated." She frowns.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: I would think this goes back to the "ancient aliens" theory. P'tok could have been someone or something that influenced these people's distant ancestors and was seen as a god.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: If the P'tok truly and still exist, then they are likely shadowy power brokers with an agenda. They may still be benevolent, but they aren't the kind to take the stage directly.
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea frowns just a little. "I wouldn't assume benevolence in the least. They're manipulating people, and obviously not making certain their pawns are doing what they want. Or if they are, want other groups gone just as much."
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual): It will be, interesting, to see what he proposes as mutually beneficial.
(12766) GM: You are given food and drink, and are allowed to wander the 'compound' with guards always in eyesight.
(12766) Sgt. Summerwind: mmmm…porridge, nummy….yeach!
(12766) Sgt. Summerwind: …like moist cardboard…
(12790) 1lt.fairman shakes his head alittle and eats some
(12766) GM: She wasn't lying…
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea shrugs and eats it, trying to put up a good front for their hosts.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: I'm not surprised, they probably don't get much food. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if they sent us on a food run…
(12766) GM: After some time Talicus returns with a younger male.
(12766) GM: ((no priest jokes please))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea nods just a little bit at that.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( lol ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( hehehe ))
(12766) Talicus: I have spoken with others, and, their may be a way that we can both benefit from this serendipitious meeting.
(12766) Talicus: You wish to locate a book, which you say would allow the Haydonites to break the will of P'Tok.
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods
(12766) Talicus: I will give you information now that explains why we would halp you do this thing.
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "Thank you"
(12766) Talicus: Let it be known to you now that the Haydonites are not of one mind.
(12766) Talicus: While the yoeman's work they do against the Masters must and should continue. There are whispers of deviance within the Haydonite ranks.
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual): Valtagos…
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual) says as if the word is a curse.
(12790) 1lt.fairman quirks a brow
(12766) Talicus: Correct, you have faced him?
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual): No, one of his underlings, Yovamel.
(12766) Talicus: Then you will have noticed that he and his underlings tactics are, shall we say, more zealous in their application.
(12766) Talicus: Such that we have heard tell about , certian , as you humans term it, weapons of mass destruction.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless says completely deadpan, "Greeeeeeaaaaat."
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea sighs audibly. "Just lovely…"
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "So you wish to eliminate this deviant so the true haydonites can pursue their rightful task?"
(12766) Talicus: That already seems to be your quest; now, if what you say is true, then it would seem that this deviant is the one seeking the book, no doubt aided by decadant Masters remnants. We give this information to you, or rather confirm it in return for goods I shall discuss shortly… (dt)
(12766) Talicus: The issue of quid pro quo that is of more immediate importance is that you seek the book upon a Masters ship. We can get you there.
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual): And, what do you ask in return?
(12766) Talicus: A small favor, a trifle really.
(12766) Talicus: One that may assist your UEEF cause.
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "ok"
(12766) Talicus: The Doge Piero, he who rules this planet, resides upon the mothership. Would you be so kind as to remove him?
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: An assissination?
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "we'll need some gear"
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea blinks at that, raising her eyebrows
(12766) Talicus: Such an ugly term, but essentially the truth.
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "we have our normal gear on our ship but that would be too obvious to get close"
(12766) Talicus: We can help you in that. We shall spirit you off world. This man here, is one of our best pilots. He will take you to your ship, once there he will guide you to the Asbillides. He knows the terrain and will be able to get you close enough for him to take you aboard. There, you will be met by our people. Who will assist you in your tasks.
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "we'll need some gear"'
(12790) 1lt.fairman: (oops)
(12766) Talicus: Does your ship not have gear?
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "very well"
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: ((the one that took off?))
(12766) Talicus: ((yes))
(12790) 1lt.fairman: (we dont know that)
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: ((we don't know that, but…))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( lol. ))
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "it does but I dont know is people seeing UEEF troopers removing Doge as a good thing"
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Yay, raiding a Mothership…
(12790) 1lt.fairman: (is=if)
(12766) Talicus: I will see if we can locate a change of clothing, of course, in exchange for depleating our stocks, as well as for the information we provided, perhaps you could see fit to provide us with, good in kind?
(12766) Talicus: ((goods)
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "I think we can arrange that"
(12766) Talicus: Excellent.
(12766) Talicus: Then stay the night, and we shall speed you from this place in the morning.
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods
(12766) GM: Talicus is able to scrounge up 3 full suits of Terminator armor as well as 4 suits of Legionnairs Armor
(12790) 1lt.fairman is in love
(12766) GM: as well as masters weapon for each of you that didn't otherwise 'acquire' your own.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( lol ))
(12766) GM: You are taken thru a set of tunnles leading , you figure, away from the city and find yourself in a hidden hanger with a few space craft within, the one you are directed to is a beat up Roil.
(12766) Pilot Merrik: Make yourself comfortable.
(12766) Pilot Merrik snerks.
(12790) 1lt.fairman does so
(12766) GM: After launch you fly low to the flip side of teh planet before escaping the atmosphere, then you proceed out system.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless takes a position that is what appears to be the safest place to be.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea settles into a safe spot, looking around a little bit.
(12766) GM: After a half a day, and a nasty shock as 'friendly' fighters pounce upon the Roil, quick communications are made and you avoid being shot down by a pair of Gamma's.
(12766) GM: The Roil pulls alongside and docks lock to lock. (the Roil is aboult half the length of the VM, by way of comparison.)
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: ((*nod*))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( maybe we shoulda named it the SS Minnow as a joke ;) ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( keep thinking 'tiny ship' and hearing the theme from gilligan's island ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( hehehe ))
(12766) GM: The pilot comes aboard and takes note of the cramped interiors of the colonial ship.
(12790) 1lt.fairman does his best to make suitable arranged for gear swap "Sorry Merrik"
(12766) GM: While his crew stays aboard the Roil, and watch over the crates of Masters gear provided by Talicus.
(12766) GM: The captian of course summons you all to the ward room to discuss events.
(12790) 1lt.fairman heads that way
(12839) CWO3 Sarah heads along to the wardroom quickly, hoping to hear what happened while she was stuck on the ship.
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett goes to the war room.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless walks into the war room, fashionably late. And by military standards that's 5 minutes early…
(12766) GM: The captain sits you all down and after expressing his pleasuer that you are all fine and well, asks to be debriefied on what occured, and why is there a Roil attached to his ship…
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea makes sure to get there good and on time of course, settling in near Jaron.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( just for record ))
(12766) GM: I assume you tell him the skinny?
(12790) 1lt.fairman: Yes
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: ((yes, the war and peace edtion.))
(12766) GM: The captian nods. Then dismisses the gathering
(12790) 1lt.fairman exits with Ay "I know this has been a trip for you Ay but how is might XO holding up to these current events?"
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea shrugs just a little bit. "I'm trying to deal keep handle on everything… keep thinking if I'm not careful I'm going to drown…" She looks down a bit.
(12766) GM: Free RP
(12790) 1lt.fairman nudges her shoulder abit "You won't drown Ay; I will be there for you but if you need a break though; just say so"
whispering to James, A while later a crewman hand carries a note for you to report to the Captians quarters.
(12839) CWO3 Sarah just… blinks at all the things heard in the debriefing, shaking her head slightly and raising her eyebrows.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: WEll, do you think we should be expecting the doge to be surrounded by new Bioroids, or elite Terminators.
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: ?
(12790) 1lt.fairman shrugs at Komi questions "no clue; Merrik might know"
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea nods a little at that. "Thanks, sir…" She looks around a little bit. "Just worried about who else might be upset if I take a step back any…"
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: I need to take care of some official business. I'll see you all later.
(12790) 1lt.fairman replies to Ay "No one would Ay; you have proven yourself to all and taken some of the worst." He pushes to the side and whispers "dont worry about what Suki thinks" He nods to her "Dont you forget it and the offer is always open"
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea nods just a little. "Thanks…"
(12790) 1lt.fairman smiles alittle and goes to check on gear to swap
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea smiles just a little. "Question is, who all can handle it? Be interesting to see how Komi does in the spot…" She glances Komi-wards a little, thinking, trying not to giggle remembering things before.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea heads to get gear as well, then.
(12790) 1lt.fairman smiles at Ay's comment "well didnt she draw knife in bar to get information or something like that?"
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea laughs. "Yes. And almost got everyone killed. Was quite a while ago though. I'm trying not to laugh thinking of the more recent exploits in the market." She grins just a little.
(12790) 1lt.fairman grins a little as well "Indeed. Sorry I havent asked, how is your new appendage been?"
(12790) 1lt.fairman: (is=has)
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea wiggles it. "Seems as good as the other one, haven't extreme stress tested it or anything, but…
(12766) GM: giggity
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods "Good to hear. They still suggest you to do certain exercises or any meds?"
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( lol ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea shrugs a little. "I'm trying to keep up exercises, I'm trying to keep it up on everything to some extent, can't get soft, or gain weight."
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea pauses. "Well, can't get soft anywhere I'm not soft already." She smiles a little then.
(12790) 1lt.fairman smiles and laughs softly "Understandable. Just don't over do it."
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( *tickles everyone* ))
(12766) GM: giggity
(12766) GM: Ay is sofffft
(12766) GM: nom the dirty pillows
(12839) CWO3 Sarah looks to Suki. "So, will I be safe to go in for the next part of the mission, then?"
(12839) CWO3 Sarah: (( lol ))
(12839) CWO3 Sarah: (( hehe ))
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual): I believe your presence will be vital.
(12839) CWO3 Sarah blinks and nods a little, offering a smile. "So noted, then."
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea grins and bounces on the balls of her feet. "Oh, I won't."
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless gets some food.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( and if we had jiggle physics, that bouncing would raise the game rating almost. hehehe. ))
(12790) 1lt.fairman: (lol)
(12766) GM: sadly Open does not support a jiggle counter
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( sadly ;) ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( sorry, I'm bein silly ))
(12766) GM: course you cuold always roll a d 12
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: [1d12] => [5] = (5)
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( lol ))
(12777) 2LT Komillia Maeless: Get a bra…
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( squad wide strip poker needs ot happen sometime ;) ))
(12790) 1lt.fairman walks with Ay down the hall; trying not to stare at the bouncy.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( anyway… :) ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea stretches out and looks around. "Hmm, we'd better get our gear changed, I suppose…" she smiles, glancing about. "Before too many others do, so we can pick over it first." She grins.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( I'm silly, I admit it ))
(12790) 1lt.fairman nods, glancing slightly as her chest before moving onwards "Indeed."
(12766) GM: Ay's twins made a friend…
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( lol ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( :D ))
(12790) 1lt.fairman: So what can we swap with them?
(12766) GM: you mean gear trade?
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea hmms. "Didn't we have some trading provisions for just such occasions, loaded up when we left?"
(12766) GM: likely CVR-3 for each suit of armor
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( oh, okay ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( hehe ))
(12766) GM: You're not gonna get away with the ole Federation, we'll only give you food and medic al supplies crap here
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( oh, okay. lol ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( hehehehehe ))
(12790) 1lt.fairman: (ok)
(12766) GM: as for the rest, [1d6] => [4] = (4)
(12766) GM: Merrick isn't satisfied until he is able to secure 4 boxes of H-90's ( 5 per box, full Rifle conversion)
(12790) 1lt.fairman: (is that possible? how will that leave us?)
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( how many of us use H-90s anymore, due to energy weapon issues? lol. ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( anyway ))
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea: (( meow ))
(12839) CWO3 Sarah relaxes a little at word she may be vital for the next part, anyway, and glances around a little. "I'm just glad you're all back, I was worried when we had to fold quick without you, and were being surrounded by local bioroids."
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual): Thank you, it is good to be back.
(12766) Cpt Ishida (Delta Actual): I apologize if you were worried on my behalf.
(12839) CWO3 Sarah smiles a little at that. "Only natural for me to be worried about you when I'm cut off like that. I wouldn't be a very good girlfriend if I didn't, now, would I?"
(12766) Colonial Soldier: After the gear swap the pilot is allowed on the bridge to assit with the jump. Note that this jump is taking you far afield, (about 1/3 the way to Earth from the Fantoma Sector)
(12766) GM: That was supposed to be the GM speaking..
(12766) GM: As this occurs the captian request the presence of Kain, Jaron, and Ay on the bridge.
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett proceeds to the bridge.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea blinks, and heads up for the bridge, stopping once she gets there. "Reporting…"
(12790) 1lt.fairman goes there
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain nods as you approach.
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain: Gentleman, and lady.
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain: I will not hide the fact that this operation we are about to undertake does not sit well with me, however I have promised to give the UEEF my full cooperation on this undertaking, and I am a man of my word. However, that being said, I do have some thoughts. (dt)
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain: Since this operation is being launched from a colonial ship, as captian, I insist that it be lead by colonial personel. As a mater of protocol, and as a mater of accountability.
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain: (Dt)
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain: Lieutenant Crockett is a trained Colonial Officer, and one that is trained to conduct operation such as these, as such, he is the logical choice as Team lead on this operation.
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain: I trust there will be no issue with my decision?
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain looks at the UEEF personel.
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: No, sir.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea glances to Jaron, and the Captain. "fine by me…"
(12790) 1lt.fairman: "Very well; I will go let him lead on this op"
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain nods
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain: Very good then. Crockett, draw what resources you need form the ship and her crew. Please have a preliminary briefing across my desk in 48 hours. This fold we will be undertaking will last for 6 hours plus once initiated. I want to OPLAN vetted by then.
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain: Once I am satisfied that the OPLAN is in order I will order the fold, and not one second earlier.
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: Yes, sir.
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain: ((OPLAN vetted before I fold the ship…)) sorry was getting ahead of myself
(12766) Colonial Ship Captain: Very well, you are dismissed.
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett: ((not a problem))
(12777) 2LT Kain Crokett salutes and leaves the bridge.
(12790) 1lt.fairman gets up and exits.
(12839) 2Lt. Aylanea nods and heads off.
